docs: add hermes-tweet ecosystem entry#15

Re-apply PR #10 on top of current main without carrying the stale branch's older ECOSYSTEM.md snapshot, which would have reverted newer MCP and coding-agent entries. Includes the original hermes-tweet native plugin entry, the narrow discord.gg markdown-link-check ignore, and a current changelog entry.
