docs: premium SVG infographic suite across the README

Summary

Adds a suite of five hand-crafted, brand-matched SVG infographics (neon-purple / dark, same palette as the existing hero banner) and wires them into the README:

• assets/architecture.svg — full architecture panel (Surfaces → Gateway → Any Model / Tools → Memory / Observe), shown at "Architecture at a glance" (Mermaid version kept below it, labelled as the editable source)
• assets/pick-your-path.svg — 10-card visual index of the reading paths, at the top of "Pick Your Path"
• assets/release-timeline.svg — v0.13 Tenacity → v0.18 Judgment timeline, at the top of "What's New"
• assets/how-it-fits.svg — replaces the ASCII box diagram in "How the Pieces Fit Together"
• assets/runnable-artifacts.svg — stat strip (27 parts · 13 skills · 5 configs · 4 architectures · 1-command VPS · 8-question wizard) under the intro

Also adds the existing hero banner to README-zh.md and README-ja.md, and updates the assets/ row in the Repo Map. SVGs use system font stacks so they render crisp at any zoom on GitHub with no external resources.
