Settings String and Spoiler Log Not Showing Correct Settings Enabled During Generation from Cache

When trying to diagnose the issue for this seed, the settings string when re-imported back into the web branch (and offline) would not show that a wayward trick was enabled.

The original log also did not show any enabled tricks either

Glitchless Tricks

Advanced Tricks - none enabled but cached in the string was equipswap

However realrob was able to show that it was enabled on mobile.

The spoiler log not detailing enabled tricks is also a bug that was seen in disabled locations showing still in the log. This was reported in a separate seed

If the spoiler log at a minimum showed the true settings, then it would help with debugging issues. Or at least caching from accidental enabled settings is more visible to the end user.

Adding some notes here...

The spoiler does not show the advanced tricks BECAUSE that setting is disabled. However, the generator processes the tricks prior to caring if the setting is disabled (see resolve_settings in Main.py)

This issue is also not limited to just importing settings strings. The following can be used to reproduce this issue:

1. Set logic rules to "Advanced"
2. Add (Glitch) Equip Swap to the enabled glitches
3. Set logic rules to "Glitchless"
4. Generate a seed.

Spoiler will not show that the trick is enabled, but logic will treat it as if it is. This breaks logic helpers that are not specific to the glitched world region files like "can_use"
