LW Target in Woods can softlock if Collection Delay is performed #1703

To replicate (on gz):

  • Hit 3 100s in a row to win the minigame
  • Watch the cutscene
  • On the first(?) frame after the cutscene ends, press the Slingshot button to enter first-person aim
  • Win the minigame again (the streak seems to continue so a single 100 suffices, but if you miss one you have to hit 3 in a row again)
  • Watch funny cutscene
  • Bullet Bag is not given and the player is softlocked

On rando it's the same but the cutscene is more or less instant so it's easier for users to perform this bug by mashing into Slingshot. If you exit first-person aim before winning the minigame again, the item is still given and you can still move. If you win a second time, you softlock.
