HUD retains dimmed or invisible state after Biggoron and ZD Diving game #1431

Both of these have hooked breakouts for the cutscenes, as well as faster text. One or both could be a cause of the HUD not going back to its proper state after the BGS cutscene or diving minigame water-state.

The buttons are still usable, the HUD just isn't visible.
