Starting a cutscene whilst the cutscene of lighting a sun is playing can result in a softlock #2003

I believe this was originally discovered when someone lit a sun with the Mirror Shield in the room in Spirit temple where you rotate a mirror, while that mirror was also lighting a sun. This may also happen in Spirit Trial if the second cutscene is of hitting the chest-spawning switch with a Bombchu?

(This is already known. This issue is just being opened for documentation purposes.)
