It was recently discovered that the hitboxes for the slanted torches are almost entirely out of bounds, which would explain why it's so hard to light the torches with fire arrows. Tilting the hitboxes to align with the slanted torches would resolve this issue.
Since decomp is still underway temporary fixes could involve moving the torches such that their hitboxes will be in-bounds (looks ugly and the hitboxes remain counter-intuitive), or removing the fire arrows requirement from the slanted torches in MQ Water logic.
