Update Recommendation For Testing

The -n flag isn't compatible with pytest alone and requires the extension pytest-xdist to function. As a result, using the provided config while following the current instructions will cause pytest to fail. Installing pytest-xdist will also install pytest as a dependency, resolving this issue.
