Forgot that we were going to add silver rupee pouches as an opt-in. Enabled the pouches setting so you only have to change the silver rupee shuffle setting to enable the draft option in the GUI. |

The 6th multiworld tournament is starting soon, so here's the updated preset. Our base settings will be the same as last season, so this just updates the name, alias, and user message.
