E2E Tests on ubuntu-arm64

Description

Our End-to-End (E2E) test suite currently runs successfully on the CI environments (e.g., ubuntu-amd64 and windows-amd64), but it is not verified or enabled for the ubuntu-arm64 environment.

Action Items:

• Investigate and enable E2E tests on ubuntu-arm64
• Implement necessary fixes/updates to ensure stable test execution

The tests are configured to use IAR toolchains for building. The likely historical reason for disabling end-to-end (E2E) test runs on Ubuntu-arm64 is the lack of support for an ARM64 IAR toolchain, as IAR currently supports only x86_64 host environments.
