It has been found that the binary name of JLinkGDBServer for Linux and macOS is not the same. For more details please check out #86

I added an extra "if" to the JLink specific template to make sure we cover all of the cases.

Logic LGTM! Though I cannot test them easily, I work on Windows.
Let's merge and test with a CMSIS Solution extension nightly build tomorrow.
@omarArm , could you please keep the related issues open until we have confirmation from all three Windows, Linux, and Mac users with a CMSIS Solution extension nightly build tomorrow?
