Had to update CHANGELOG.md again to include statement of requiring CMSIS Toolbox 2.9.0 to function correctly. |

LGTM. Good catch to highlight the need for CMSIS-Toolbox 2.9.0.
Need to ensure we have it in CMSIS Solution extension as well.
