[Feature Request]: Extend SDS View with play steps

Description

Suggest to extend the SDS View with play steps. This would show the entries under "play" from the sdsio.yml file and could look like:

>SDS Files
>SDS Flags
>Play Steps
  ><step0 description>
      <label>
      <label>
  ><step1 description>
      <label>
      <label>

For each there could be a "Play" action button that allows to start this test case using the monitor interface extension proposed here: ARM-software/SDS-Framework#262
