Pull request overview
This PR refactors the GitHub bug report issue form to reduce the number of fields and streamline reporting.
Changes:
- Simplified the bug report form by consolidating behavior/repro/expected details into a single textarea.
- Updated template metadata (description/title) and attempted to auto-add issues to a GitHub Project.
