It seems like our CI/CD pipeline could be a lot faster. A few ideas to dig into - [ ] Can we properly preserve the go test cache for PR changes? - [ ] Can we speed up the cdk synth in build and deploy by properly restoring docker volumes? - [ ] Can we speed up the cdk bootstrap in deploy to restore cached docker images?
