Summary

  • Reverts requires-python from >=3.11 back to >=3.10 in pyproject.toml
  • Re-adds the Programming Language :: Python :: 3.10 classifier

consilium 0.3.1 will be published with requires-python = ">=3.10", so we can revert the temporary bump that was needed due to consilium's PyPI constraint.

Do NOT merge yet — wait for consilium 0.3.1 to be published on PyPI first.

Test plan

  • Verify consilium 0.3.1 is published on PyPI with requires-python >= 3.10
  • Merge this PR after confirming
  • Verify uv sync resolves correctly on Python 3.10
