SIGCLD is a legacy signal in System V UNIX. Mapping it with #ifdef SIGCLD in str_to_signal function to improve cross-platform compatibility and avoid compilation errors on platforms where SIGCLD is not defined (e.g. musl). Signed-off-by: ComixHe <ComixHe1895@outlook.com>
