Update the linyaps submodule from commit 04bd98df77dc734af04c4396790b7dba585f8ac1 to 2b8915a91cf0a51e3673a9d3aea157ab358eb4ff to incorporate latest fixes and improvements from the linyaps 1.10.x branch. Influence: 1. Verify the application builds successfully with the updated submodule 2. Test core linyaps functionality to ensure no regressions 3. Check for any API changes that might affect dependent code 4. Validate package installation and management operations 5. Test container runtime behavior if applicable
