Subject: [PATCH] chore: update linyaps submodule to latest commit

Update the linyaps submodule from commit
04bd98df77dc734af04c4396790b7dba585f8ac1 to
2b8915a91cf0a51e3673a9d3aea157ab358eb4ff to incorporate latest fixes and
improvements from the linyaps 1.10.x branch.

Influence:
1. Verify the application builds successfully with the updated submodule
2. Test core linyaps functionality to ensure no regressions
3. Check for any API changes that might affect dependent code
