Updated translation files (en_US.po and linyaps.pot) to reflect recent
changes in CLI command line numbers and added new translation strings.
The changes include:
- Updated POT-Creation-Date to current timestamp
- Adjusted line number references for CLI command messages due to code
modifications
- Added new translation strings for working directory specification and
upgrade application option
- Updated all message references to match current source code line
numbers

These updates ensure that translation files remain synchronized with the
