This PR removes the WSJ Provider and related code paths. Additionally, the
etf.discoverypath was serviced exclusively by this provider, so it has been removed.openbb-etfhas been transitioned to Hatchling anduv.lockfiles are now being generated from the repository relative paths until these packages are published.Note: This PR is pointed to V5 branch which is accumulating future changes.
