1. run the server

Observed Behavior:

Error loading loadbitcoinaverage url <urlopen error timed out>
...

Expected Behavior:

no timeout error

but, that url seems down:

Ah... they changed the URL to "apiv2":

https://apiv2.bitcoinaverage.com/ticker/global/all
