9 ball - cannot start game

First, you're awesome for all the hard work you put into this. Second, I'm sorry I'm always coming on here with an issue.

So, 9 ball works great, but there are two issues:

1. I cannot start the game. It will not load it into the message like it does for other games (photos for reference).
2. no option to skip replay of other players turn

Thanks for sharing feedback after the new update. The skip button does seem to missing on our end as well which should be an easy fix. For the issue with not being able to send 9ball that is something we've seen in the past for other games, so it should also be a relatively easy fix

Fixed in latest build (currently in shuffle branch but will be merged after shuffleboard is built)
