Bug with entity customization

Description

There is a bug with the attributes in the Customization page were setting a specific attribute to mandatory is not enforced.

Environment

1. 7.260513.0

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Go to Customization → The entity (ex. RFI)
2. Enable one of the attributes as mandatory (ex. 'Request for information types')
3. Create an entity with the mandatory field empty, the entity gets created

Expected Output

Should not be able to create entity by not filling in this field

Actual Output

I can create the entity

Additional information

We tried this for RFI & Case-Incident with multiple fields (RFI/Case type, priority, etc) with the same issue on all of them

If I remember correctly, if you have bypass permission, mandatory fields are still optional.
Is it the case for you ?

Yes, I did have 'bypass all' in testing the customers requirement
Tested OK with a user with just create knowledge

Yes, it is the desired behaviour, its a useful capability to have separated as it amongst other situations enables data to be imported that then needs to be validated by an analyst. I'll close this bug.
