Cannot Validate an OpenCTI Stream

Description

When creating an OpenCTI Stream (Data -> Ingestion -> OpenCTI Streams), after inputting the remote OpenCTI URL, with no path, and the token from an account on the remote instance. I am unable to validate the stream.

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Create an OpenCTI stream on instance A, inputting the remote OpenCTI URL and a token from an account on the remote instance.
2. Click the validate button
3. Unable to validate the access

Expected Output

Validation occurs and I am allowed to proceed with configuring the OpenCTI stream.

Actual Output

Unable to validate

Additional information

• The token is from an account on the remote instance, with Bypass all and Access data sharing capabilities enabled.
