How To: Download Search Results as Formatted CSV

Downloading resources begins by first searching for the specific resource. Visit the tutorial on Global Search and Repository Search to review how to search for resources.
- Conduct your search by specifying your search term or phrase
- From your result set (shown below), click the
icon located next to the search bar and choose Formatted CSV.
- Wait for the file to download and display your browser's download dialog. You can then choose to view or save the file in default CSV format on your computer
- From your search result set, click on the
icon to the right of the resource you want to select. Note that the number of active instances should be displayed next to the icon and should be at least 1 (as indicated by the red arrow in the image below)
- On the specific resource's detail page, click on the
icon next to the search bar to begin the download
- Wait for the file to download and display your browser's download dialog. You can then choose to view or save the file in default CSV format on your computer
