How To: Create, Edit, Delete and Retire Sources

- Log into your OCL account
- On your home page, click the New User Source link as shown below
- Enter the information about the Source you are adding.
- Choose which Type of Source you are adding.
- Set permissions for Public Access to the source (Note that owners can always edit a source):
- View (default) - Any users may view the source.
- Edit - Any user may edit the source.
- None - Only owners may view or edit the source. Note that this requires a premium account to OCL.
- Create an External ID for the source.
- Choose the Locale you want to access the source in.
- Indicate the Supported Locales for the source.
- Provide a Description of the source.
- Add your source!
Now you can view your source on your Organization profile.
Once you've added your Source, you can View and Edit Source Details, as well as Delete and Retire them.

To Edit your Source:

On your home page, click the source you want to edit.

Click the Gears icon
next to Source name to make edits to your source.

When done, click the Update button at the bottom of the form

To Delete the Source, click the
icon next to Edit Source and confirm your action

To Retire the Source:
