Background: In SURF Access, we will have a sandbox/test environment, where Organisations and Service Providers are able to test all options that SURF Access has.
In current SURF Access connection registration form, an organisation needs to create a test connection first, before going to production. Since all connections happen on production, we might as well move away from the concepts of test and production. That also makes it possible to create a 'production connection' right away.
We need to create a new UX/UI where we no longer talk about production and test, but we will have connections that are activated (and available to production IdP's) and connections that are not activated (concept). These connections are only available to IdP's on the test environment.
