 - Add new feature: the ServiceDesk. This feature allows end users to verifiy their myconext (eduID) account using a ServiceDesk, which they can physically visit or video call. This is an alternative method of identify verification, for users that cannot use their Institute account, iDIN (Dutch Banks), or eIDAS (European ID) to verify their myconext (eduID).
