The metric
registered_apps_countwas counting the services where an eduID was used. The number of MFA app registrations was missing. This renames theregistered_apps_counttoused_services_countand adds aapp_registration_countTesting can be done by opening https://login.<domain>/internal/prometheus and looking for the new values.
