Description

执行到最后一步，最终校对 + done；显示“好，我先调用 done 看看目前的语法状态，让检查器帮我定位剩余的问题。”，这个时候产生错误“Error invoking remote method 'codesign:v1:generate': CodesignError: 400 The reasoning_content in the thinking mode must be passed back to the API.”

感谢反馈。我看了当前 0.1.4 的公开代码，这个报错看起来不是 done 校验器本身抛出的本地错误，更像是生成链路里某个上游 provider / adapter 在“thinking / reasoning”多轮继续调用时返回的 400。

已能确认的点：

• codesign:v1:generate 默认会走 agent runtime，而不是单次 generate() 路径；USE_AGENT_RUNTIME 默认是开启的。done 也属于这条多轮工具链路的一部分。
• 如果当前激活的是 ChatGPT 订阅，仓库里它被配置成 wire: 'openai-codex-responses'，默认模型是 gpt-5.3-codex。
• 当前代码里，openai-codex-responses 会始终被判定为开启 reasoning。
• 单次 generate() 路径里，仓库确实有一层“reasoning 不匹配时自动重试”的处理；但 agent runtime 这条路径没有看到对应的 reasoning_content 传递或专门兜底。
• 另外，当前公共 checkout 里的历史消息结构只有 role + content，我没有在仓库里找到 reasoning_content 字段或同名处理逻辑。

公开历史里我暂时没搜到同样的 reasoning_content 报错。较接近的是 #183，但那次是自定义 OpenAI-compatible provider 的 developer role 兼容性问题，和这次的 400 文案不同，所以看起来不是重复单。

• 请补一张 Settings 里的当前激活 provider 截图，或直接写明：是 ChatGPT 订阅，还是别的自定义/导入 provider；同时带上 model ID。

感谢报告。错误 400 The reasoning_content in the thinking mode must be passed back to the API. 表明当前使用的 provider（很可能是 ChatGPT 订阅 / openai-codex-responses，因为它开启了 reasoning）在 agent runtime 的多轮调用中，历史消息缺少 reasoning_content 字段。从日志看，错误出现在 done 工具调用的后续轮次，说明 agent 在回放前面的 assistant 消息时没有带上 reasoning_content。

代码中，openai-codex-responses 被配置为始终启用 reasoning（参考 wire-policy.ts），而 agent runtime 的会话重建逻辑目前只保留 role 和 content，未传递 reasoning_content。

为了精确定位和修复，请提供：

1. 诊断包（已保存到本地）
2. Settings 页面截图，显示当前激活的 provider 和模型 ID
3. 如果使用自定义 provider，请告知 base URL 和 wire 类型

我们会在您提供这些信息后进一步分析。

已在 #293 中修复并合并到 main。

修复内容：

• agent runtime 现在会识别上游返回的 reasoning_content 回传错误。
• 遇到该错误时，会移除失败的最后一条 assistant 错误消息，并用 thinkingLevel: off 重试一次当前上下文。
• 如果失败前最后一条是普通 user prompt，会重新 prompt；如果是 toolResult，会从 tool result 继续，避免重复执行工具链。
• 保留现有 transport retry，并补充了 prompt/continue 两条 fallback 路径的回归测试。

验证：CI、CodeQL、Dependency Review、Codex PR Review 全绿；最新 bot review 已确认无阻塞或 major 项。该 issue 已由 Fixes #252 自动关闭。
