Verified against current main: the v0.2 app no longer initializes designs through the old SQLite snapshots database path, so this database or disk is full SQLite startup failure path is gone.

This is still possible in the published v0.1.4 package, but the upcoming v0.2 packaged release will include the JSON-backed storage path. Closing as fixed for v0.2.
