👾 Description of the issue

Once all known usage of the deprecated API is refactored, we can remove it. Todo, so hiero-ledger/hiero-website#13 and #6 need to be fixed. The deprecated API can be found at https://github.com/OpenElements/good-first-issue-provider/blob/main/src/main/java/com/openelements/issues/ApiEndpoint.java
