Stating as a problem:

In order for someone to see hosts in a particular area, they must visit multiple independent community sites. In other words, there is no single site (presenting data as map/table/etc) that lists hosts in a particular area.

Good description, thanks. Seems intuitive for me to keep explanation of why (the problem) as a description of what rather then problem on it's own. I wander your thoughts?
