Add mobile chat widget and assistant response copy action

Summary

• Adds a minimized/expanded mobile chat widget with persisted state, last-thread tracking, and swipe-to-minimize behavior.
• Introduces layout persistence helpers so saved panel/sidebar configurations can be captured and restored across sessions.
• Adds a copy button for assistant responses and updates message rendering to show response actions more cleanly.
• Tightens preview blocking detection by ignoring empty toast containers.
• Expands test coverage for the new response copy action and chat route behavior.

• Existing Vitest coverage updated for MessagesTimeline copy-action rendering.
• New route-level checks added for chat widget/layout-related behavior.
