superset got error: " import superset Error: cannot import name '_maybe_box_datetimelike'"

I tried to start reporting docker-compose stack, the superset container will fail to start and exit with the following error:

Postgres is up
Loaded your LOCAL configuration at [/etc/superset/superset_config.py]
Was unable to import superset Error: cannot import name '_maybe_box_datetimelike'

I fixed that by modifying reporting/superset/Dockerfile, Adding

RUN pip uninstall -y pandas && pip  install pandas==0.23.4 sqlalchemy==1.2.18

Fixed: the following issues also occurred:
