Add OG_ROADTMC object (#112)
* Add OG_ROADTMC object
Replacement object for ROADTMC.dat [Roads / Road]
Currently set to work with vanilla bridges (and vanilla tram tracks). Uses OG road stations
* Fix compatibility with train tracks
