Fix compatibility with vanilla tracks (#78)

Level crossings did not work with vanilla train tracks (and narrow gauge) as the vanilla tracks don't know about the OG rough road.
This fix adds the compatibility with the tracks in the OG rough road object so level crossings are now possible
