Strength redesign: rep-max + RPE loading, Olympic year-round
Replace %1RM strength prescriptions with rep-max + RPE built from CrossFit Maskineriet's
programming, kept in OP vocabulary. Mon/Wed/Fri each run ~4-week
blocks on one lift (squat / press / pull-from-floor), intensifying 5x5 -> 5x3 -> 6x2 -> heavy
single, deload backs off, test sets a new max. Olympic lifting (clean/snatch/C&J family) is now
22% of strength days year-round (was 8 days total, gone after April). Per-level loading is by
coaching cue: BEG/BEG+ groove the pattern (empty bar/PVC), ADV/RX build heavy at RPE 7-8.
