Rep model: flat base through INT+, ADV/ADV+/RX ramp +leap/+2/+3; fix Program level scroll + Calculator focus

- Convergent movements hold base reps on the lower four levels (differentiated by
  sub/load) and only ramp the top three: TTB 10/10/10/10 -> 12/14/16.
- Program: level selector is now a fixed 7-across row (no horizontal scroll) so it
  no longer fights swipe-to-change-day.
- Calculator: per-field @focusstate (was a shared Bool) so the right field focuses.
