Looking to hire someone for a Joonmla port

Greetings,
We are a medium-sized NPR/PBS affiliate in Northern California, but we don't use Wordpress or Grove for our site. We have been using Joomla for a long time now, and are seeking to hire someone to create a port of this plugin for Joomla. Any advice for finding a developer to port this to Joomla would be greatly appreciated, and I think it would be a great asset for NPR affiliates to use Joomla as an option for a CMS.

Hi Pitir, not sure off the top of my head, but I've put some feelers out on some of the public media-focused Slacks I'm on. I don't have any familiarity with Joomla, so I'm not going to be much help, but the code of this plugin is available for forking/adapting.
