New table: propagation value displayed is not correct when the field is filled by half

What happened?

When typing only one digit in the time inputs (same behavior for hour, minute or second), the propagation value that the interface proposes us is "00:00:00", whereas when we leave the cell, the time is updated with a different value

What did you expect to happen?

If only one digit is typed, when we leave the cell this results in an update. The propagation value should display the same

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
