Describe the bug

F5 Menu doesn't show up in Day of the Tentacle (other games are in this case, suggesting a video issue)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start up DOTT or Monkey Island 1/2
2. Type on 'F5'
3. Game pauses, but menu is not showing up
4. Click anywhere to unpause

Expected behavior

The menu should show up.
