Purpose

End-of-week-1 retrospective using docs/POST-LAUNCH-RETRO-TEMPLATE.md.

When

2026-04-30, 14:00 CET, 60 minutes. Not a day earlier — data from the first 7 days is the whole point.

Who

• Facilitator: owner of overview#40
• Required: repo owners of the 7 canonical repos (WebApp, backend, Code, website-opensin.ai, website-my.opensin.ai, Infra-SIN-OpenCode-Stack, overview)
• Optional: anyone who shipped during Wave 1-4 or handled an S1/S2 incident

Prep (day before)

1. Export week-1 numbers into the template (signups, paying users, MRR, support queue, incident count).
2. Read governance/WAIVER-LOG.md — every waived gate gets a close/extend decision.
3. Pull the list of incidents filed via .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/launch-incident.yml.

Rules

• Filled template is committed to docs/retros/2026-04-30-post-launch.md before end of meeting. No doc = no meeting happened.
• Action items become issues during the call, not after.
• Every action item has owner + date. Unowned items are dropped.
• Keep to 60 minutes. Overrun = split into follow-up.
