ci: add full test suite workflow from openspp-modules

- Runs on self-hosted nodes
- Weekly scheduled runs (Sunday 03:00 UTC)
- Manual dispatch with per-demo or per-module modes
- Tests all 4 demo modules: spp_demo, spp_mis_demo_v2, spp_drims_sl_demo, spp_grm_demo
