I thought that it would be great if we could interface to the assistant within BIDS-aware software as e.g. to
- provide recommendations on how to address specific failing validations
- how to handle "BIDS-specific" software crashes
- just interface assistant from CLI, e.g. within https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-utils (
bids-utils ask-osa How could I make this dataset better?)
Ideally then assistant, similarly claude code et al would have access to local content one way or another, which might be a bigger take! But also an exciting one and worth development, and I bet there could be already existing platforms we could rest here on for the interfacing component and concentrate on providing OSA specific agentic harnessing
