…t, and new "Current Timecode" editing features (click to edit time code, up/down arrows increment current section, CTRL/SHIFT keys modify increment, clearing or "0" + enter resets timecode to 0.0)
…s have already been added by a preset. So instead of 2 Blur presets each adding the "Blur" effect to a clip, only 1 effect is used by both.
