Caching inputs to pass through Lob API in amplify page

• Verify user address
  On input from Search bar, call verify user address
• Cache user address
  If verification returns true, create a variable for it.
• Cache User Name from Signature
• Pass Representative address
  • do we want to verify this too?
• Cache template ID
  Change components to matching template ID
