flash/boot issue

Atrer flashing with OSBee firmware board wont boot (v3.0) ?! every other firmware (esphome or what ever) works fine ?! any sugestion ?

Just cannot find error, esp is flashed and running ok until instaled on board, after instalation it wont bring up correct AP (insted of OSBxxx it is ESPxxxx)

if i try to flash it over usb on board it wont flash ok, AP is ESPxxxx even if chip is removed form board..

After flashing what with OSBee firmware? The OSBee board? Or some other board?
