the PCF8575 supports 8 unique I2C-addresses. Could we consider to extend the current PCF8575-support to add support for up to 8 IO extenders?
I have some accessibility use cases where this could be very useful and I think it could likely be very useful for some specialized controller implementations (flight controls, etc). I would imagine its not a heavy lift to extend the current implementation?
